As a passionate, menstrual-cycle-obsessed & hormone-focused naturopath, I noticed a gap in the market when it came to herbal teas that were tailored to each of the cycle phases.

Oh My Menses

  • During your bleed/moontime. For intense or painful periods, begin 2-7 days before bleeding

  • An organic blend of Ginger, Lemon Balm, Hibiscus, Chamomile, Yarrow & Skullcap to make for a peaceful, nourishing bleed time

  • Great for heavy periods, painful periods, intense releases. Can be used at the New Moon for an intention setting ritual. Benefits circulation, digestion & more

Feelin’ Follicular

  • Once your period ends, until ovulation or the opening of your fertile window.

  • Nutrient-dense and enriching Horsetail, Nettle leaf, Red Clover, Licorice & Spearmint are here to support your cycle

  • Helps you harness the rising energy of your follicular phase. May support reducing acne, excess testosterone & PCOS symptoms. Rich in silica for your hair, skin & nails, iron to support you post-period and adrenal-loving Licorice

It’s O-Time

  • During your Fertile Window, as you approach & during ovulation. Please note, ovulation is not guaranteed to be Day 13-16 of your cycle
